Vaccine Expenditures (Mississippi)
This report lists the vaccine expenditures per quarter for the year for administered vaccinations only. Deleted vaccinations are excluded. The following are listed: Vaccine, Agency (calculates data from Public facilities), Private (calculates data from Private facilities), Cost per dose (hard-coded; changes from year to year and the state must provide STC with updated information annually), and Total Vaccine Expenditure (calculated from the Totals from all quarters multiplied by Cost per Dose).
Run the Report
To run this report, click the Reports > State Reports > Other > Vaccine Expenditures link. The Vaccine Expenditures Report page opens. Enter the criteria and click Create Report. The report displays in a separate browser tab and can be printed using the browser's print function.
The available report criteria fields are as follows:

Fiscal Quarter |
Select the fiscal quarter from the drop-down list. This field is required. |

Fiscal Year |
Enter the year. This field is required. |

Update Date Range |
To limit the report by an update date range, enter the From and Through dates (after which the checkbox is automatically selected). |

Organization (IRMS) / Organization (IRMS) Group / Do Not Limit |
To limit the report by an Organization (IRMS) or Group, select it from the related drop-down list, after which the radio button is automatically selected. Do Not Limit is the default. |

Facility / Do Not Limit |
To limit the report to a specific Facility, select it from the drop-down list, after which the radio button is automatically selected. Do Not Limit is the default. |

VFC PIN |
To limit the report to a specific VFC PIN, select it from the drop-down list (after which the radio button is automatically selected). |
