Oral Health Service Summary
The Oral Health Service Summary page lists the patient's most recent service history.
Before you can view a patient's oral health service summary information, you must first search for the patient, then click the Oral Health Service > Summary menu link. The summary page opens with the patient's most recent oral health history information and a list of other service dates.
Click the date of another service date to view the details of that visit.
To print the page, click the Print button at the bottom of the page.
